The French say faites simple. Keep it simple. No need to over-accessorise, overthink or overdo. When all you have on is a plain white dress, the temptation to "dress it up" is unavoidable. Like a blank canvas that's waiting to be painted on, outfits like these are great for every woman's wardrobe because they are not only timeless and versatile but they also give us room to personalise and make it truly exclusive to our individual style. Glam it up, dress it down, layer it on for cooler nights - the options are endless.
Nevertheless, while expressing our personality and making a statement with every new accessory piled on, it also helps to remember that sometimes, less is best. Balance the boldness of a solid coloured fitted dress with the innocence of minimalism to let your personality shine. Accessorise with the best curve on your body - your smile.
Have a beautiful day ahead gorgeous girls! Mwah!

Hello beautiful people! If you're considering coloured contacts for the first time, choosing the right colour and brand can be rather confusing. Following some of your previous questions on WHAT COLOUR, WHICH BRAND, WHERE TO BUY, ETC. ETC .ETC I thought I’d do this video to show you the ones I use, to facilitate your comparison and research before you go shopping! Hehe. Of course, colour contact lenses are great when you want to play around with different makeup/looks, but for the purpose of this video, I'm keeping my makeup to a bare basic. We'll have some fun with different looks and tutorials later, but in the meantime, for the sake of a non-biased comparison, here you go!
I used to go to different opticians to buy the different brands I wanted (I still haven't found a physical store that carries all these brands and colours), but now I just buy them online. Senang. I discovered a site that carries them all, at cheaper prices and free shipping at that. Hehe (trust a kiasu Malaysian like me to look for the best deals)~ Anyhoo, here's the list of brands and colours I mentioned about in the video (in order). For your convenience, you can just click on the price to go directly to the product description page on the online store I buy them from. Hope that helps. Happy browsing!

As per your request ladies! So sorry but I'm no pro when it comes to video editing, so I hope this is okay. This was all shot on my iPhone with one hand holding the phone and the other, painting my face. Lol
You probably figured it out already, but for beginners, the key to this "barely-there" makeup style is to avoid soaking your entire face in foundation. Use your pressed/loose powder sparingly and go easy on the eye-colour. If you have any feedback, please feel free to share. This is technically my first makeup/style video tutorial, so I thank you for being so patient with me. Luv ya!
